Our Standards of Service in Vacation Rentals

All our apartments are;

- Centrally located in Taksim area, which can be called as the heart of Istanbul, where the major culture & art centers are located, with many cafes, restaurants and stores...

- Situated in local historic buildings and stylishly refurbished to provide modern facilities (natural gas heating, hot water and air-condition etc.)

- Fully-furnished with self-catering facilities (washer, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, microwave/oven, kitchen supplies, hair-dryer etc.), including linens and towels

- Equipped with ADSL internet connection, a telephone for local access calls and a TV that has either satellite or cable hook-up

- Cleaned at least once a week; fresh linens & towels are also provided

- Kept in good condition by the Istanbul Sweet Home maintenance service

- Supported with water tanks against rare but possible water cuts in Istanbul

- Secured with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

- Airport transfer service can be provided at 25 Euros to/ from Ataturk Airport (IST), 50 Euros to/from Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) up to 4 people.

- Daily housekeeping can be arranged for a fee of 15 Euros per day.

- Guidance/recommendations for local transportation, daily city tours and house chef can also be obtained from Istanbul Sweet Home team.
