All of our apartment rates include:
. A fully-furnished flat with linens, towels, kitchen equipment etc.
. Electricity, water, gas and maintenance bills
. Weekly housekeeping service, including fresh linens & towels
. ADSL internet connection
. Satellite or cable television
. A phone connection that is available for local calls
Minimum Period of stay
We prefer not to take short stays of less than a week (except for "Istanbul eye") unless we have the appropriate gap in between our confirmed reservations.
These are our Standard Rates and you can expect a special discount up to 15%
• Flexible Travel Dates: If your travel dates perfectly match our availability calendar for an apartment without leaving more than a day gap before or after a confirmed reservation. Please make sure that there is already a confirmed reservation on our calendar before or after your stay.
• if the apartment is still available for bookings for the following week (last minute offers!)
• if you are planning to stay between November 19 and March 14 (Excluding Christmas and New Year)
• if you are a returning guest :)
• if you are visiting Istanbul to get dental treatment from Dt.Tarkan Fenercioğlu
To inquire about availability and reserve an apartment please send us an e-mail clarifying
. the name and the specifications of the apartment you need (furnished/unfurnished, number of bedrooms)
. the duration of your stay (check-in and check-out dates)
. the number of people that will stay in (including the number of adults and children)
To confirm a reservation, we will send you a reservation form and a contract explaining all the terms & conditions about the apartment and your confirmation payment.
SERVICES
. Airport transfer service can be provided at 25 Euros to/ from Ataturk Airport (IST), 50 Euros to/from Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) up to 4 people.
. Daily housekeeping can be arranged for a fee of 20 Euros per day.
. Guidance/recommendations for local transportation, daily city tours and house chef can also be obtained from Istanbul Sweet Home team.
